LEMA has its general offices, distribution center and laboratory in the Northern Zone of the Metropolitan Area of Mexico City, from where it serves the entire industry based in the Central Zone of the country, Mexico City, State of Mexico, Puebla, Tlaxcala, Morelos, Hidalgo, Queretaro and Guanajuato, where more than 80% of the country's industrial activity is concentrated.

To ensure coverage of areas outside the central zone of the country, there are offices in Guadalajara and a warehouse in Monterrey.
